Comfortable, Everyday Massage
Theragun Relief Percussion Massager
Relief is the entry point to the Theragun range and the gentlest device in it. Its stroke is 10mm, the shortest Therabody builds, and it runs three speeds from a single button. At 1.37 lbs it is the lightest published weight in the Theragun range, which is what makes a few minutes on a shoulder or a calf an easy thing to do standing up.
Three attachments cover the body: a Standard Ball for large muscle, a Dampener for tender areas, a Thumb for the lower back. The battery runs 120 minutes and charges over USB-C. Therabody lists it as an FDA Registered device and as HSA/FSA Accepted, and it comes in Navy and Sand.

Key Features
Effective massage for everyday relief
Therabody built the Relief around ease of use: their simplest Theragun model, their gentlest stroke, and a single control. Four features carry that.
?Comfortable 10mm percussive massage therapyTen millimetres is Therabody’s gentlest level of percussive massage. The head travels a shorter distance on each hit, which makes the contact milder on bone, joints and anywhere that a 16mm device would be too much.Gentlest Theragun stroke?Simple. Light. Easy to use.One button starts it and cycles the three speeds, with LED indicators showing which one is running. Therabody calls it their simplest Theragun model, and at 1.37 lbs it carries the lightest published weight in the range.1.37 lbs · 3 speeds?Whisper-quiet for a distraction-free treatmentTherabody describes the Relief as whisper-quiet and publishes no decibel figure for it. In practice that means it can run through a film or a phone call without taking over the room.No dB figure published?Step-by-step visually guided routines in the Therabody appThe Relief pairs to the Therabody app over Bluetooth, where visually guided routines walk through a treatment. Every speed and every attachment works with the app closed.Bluetooth pairing

The Thumb is the pointed head, listed by Therabody for the lower back and for trigger points. Swapping takes a second and needs no tool.

Why 10mm is the point of this device
Amplitude is the distance the head travels on each percussion, and it sets how a device feels more than any other number. The Relief travels 10mm, the shortest in the Theragun line, which Therabody describes as its gentlest level of percussive massage therapy. The result is a milder, soothing contact suited to daily use and to anyone who finds a deep 16mm gun uncomfortable.
- Comfortable 10mm percussive massage therapy
- Three speeds, each shown on the LED indicators
- Patented triangle grip to reach more of your body than other devices
- Material: PC, Steel + Aluminum, PU Foam + Silicone
