- 10mm non-rotating O-ring: Standard O-rings can rotate on the strap during heavy lifts, changing the loading angle and creating uneven force distribution. The 10mm thick non-rotating design maintains consistent alignment between the harness and the weight throughout the movement.
- Estimated 1,000 lb capacity per pair: Built for heavy free weight loading — barbells, trap bars, and heavy loop resistance bands via the daisy-chain hook connection method recommended by Squat Harness.
- 10 x 3 inch heavy-duty strap construction: Substantial strap dimensions for distributing the load across the harness attachment points under maximum loading conditions.
- Spotter recommended for free weight loading: A spotter simplifies the unloading process and reduces the risk of the loaded bar swinging during transitions after heavy sets.
