Seca built the 813 bt around individual patient use cases where the scale needs to be both rugged and connected. The steel frame and tough rubber coating handle high weight and aggressive cleaning. The wide low-profile platform makes stepping on simple — including for patients who can’t easily step over a lip. Once the read settles, Bluetooth sends the value to a connected app or device automatically, and the scale is compatible with Google Fit and Apple Health for trend tracking outside the clinic.

Once Auto-HOLD locks the reading, the value moves to the paired device automatically — no manual capture, no typing. Live weight can also be streamed to the connected app for patients who can’t see the platform display comfortably.

A steel frame underneath a wide platform handles high load without flexing. The two-component raised-profile coating on top is soft to the foot but tough enough to take standard hospital cleaning and disinfecting products.
1.1 in LCD digits
Large display digits — 1.1 in high — readable from standing height without bending. For patients with girth that makes the platform display hard to see, the live value streams to the Bluetooth app instead.
