The Power Drag Sled is a versatile tool designed for pulling and dragging exercises, emphasizing speed training and agility on various terrains and hard surfaces. Forward-facing drags enhance speed development by targeting the posterior chain, while backward-facing drags effectively build quadriceps strength. The sled includes a 16.5″ weight sleeve compatible with Olympic-sized plates and a 14.5 FT leash with a carabiner for easy attachment. This durable sled is an ideal multi-functional system to strengthen your training foundation.
