The Outdoor Edge Jager Pak 8-Piece Game Processing Kit puts everything you need to field dress and butcher big game in one hard-sided carry case. The blades are 420J2 stainless steel with a satin finish, and the handles are orange rubber that grips when wet. The bright orange is easy to find if you set a tool down in the leaves.
The kit includes an 8.3 in gutting knife with a 3.7 in blade, an 8.6 in skinner with a 4 in drop point blade and a 9.5 in boning and fillet knife with a 5 in blade. An 8 in wood and bone saw with a 5 in blade cuts through the pelvis and ribs. A ribcage spreader holds the cavity open while you work.
