Jugs Protector Series Short-Toss Protective Screen
Short-toss is the front-toss position, and this screen is cut for it: 7 ft. high and only 4 ft. wide, the narrowest full-height screen Jugs makes. No cutout. The feeder sits close to the plate and flips over the top of the frame, so the whole 4 ft. width stays solid net between the hitter and the feeder. The narrow footprint is what lets it sit inside a cage without crowding the swing.
Black Protector Series construction runs 1.5 in. diameter 1020 cold-rolled steel tubing at a 2 mm wall with double-bolted joints, 691-90 ply double-thick poly-E netting, and half-inch pearl-foam padding under black vinyl. Its features sheet lists the Protector Series Wheel Kit as standard. The Protector Blue Series Short-Toss Screen covers the same position for a facility on a tighter budget, and the Square Screen with Sock-Net adds a catching target.
